• All parcels within Australia will be delivered by registered post.You will need to sign for it.
• Alternatively delivery can be arranged to your nearest post office where you will have to collect the parcel.
• Fee for all parcels is a set AUD$ 15.00 (postage and handling)for shoes and breast-forms, and a set AUD$ 10.00 (postage and handling)for lingerie, wigs and make up.
• When possible I will process your order within 48 hours or sooner. If your desired item is not available immediately I will confirm the estimated delivery date.

• I will personally check all items before postage, however if your purchase is found to have a manufacturers fault ,I will accept the return and arrange the exchange.
• I will be gladly exchange if you ordered an incorrect size,as long as the items purchased haven't been worn ( Health and Safety regulation) or damaged.
• All returned goods must be received first before any exchanges can be processed.
